LaKeita holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and brings years of experience in childcare leadership. She previously owned and operated a successful home-based daycare and now proudly leads Genesis Learning Center.

With additional experience in Hardin County Schools as a preschool and kindergarten instructional assistant and as a pastor, she is passionate about building strong teams, supporting families, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Noelani serves as the Supervisor at Genesis Learning Center and is currently pursuing her college education. She is committed to maintaining a structured, supportive, and high-quality learning environment for both staff and students. Her leadership helps ensure daily operations run smoothly while prioritizing the safety and development of every child.

Lina has over a year of experience in childcare and enjoys creating a positive, engaging environment for young learners. She is passionate about supporting children’s development and building strong, nurturing relationships that help them feel confident and secure each day.

Rynashia serves as the Preschool and Afterschool Teacher and brings years of experience working with children. She has completed coursework in parenting and early childhood development and is passionate about helping children grow academically, socially, and emotionally. She enjoys watching students discover new skills and believes in supporting each child’s unique perspective and developmental journey.

Ayla supports the learning and growth of children at Genesis Learning Center through engaging, age-appropriate activities. She is committed to helping each child feel safe, encouraged, and excited to learn.

Alexionna is a valued member of the Genesis Learning Center team who works closely with children to support their daily learning and development. She is dedicated to providing attentive care and fostering a positive classroom environment.

Ashley is a dedicated childcare professional with experience in daycare settings since 2015. She is CPR certified and has a college education that supports her commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment. In the infant room, Ashley focuses on fostering early growth, comfort, and foundational learning through attentive and compassionate care.

Taniyah serves as the Infant 2 Teacher and has always had a natural connection with children. With over a year of childcare experience, she is passionate about supporting early development and creating a warm, loving environment where infants can grow and thrive.
